Our Products
- All orders are Cash on Delivery unless paid through Bank Transfer or PayPal, please send us a message on WhatsApp for more information.
- All Products are 100% official unless stated otherwise.
- All Products are shipped directly from Korea.
- All Products are sealed (unopened) unless stated otherwise.
- Please be aware that there may be minor scratches that we cannot control when it is shipped from Korea. Any major damages will be exchanged before you receive it.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund Policy:
- All payments are final once you have received your order so refunds will not be considered.
- Incase of any damages, a refund may be given with the same payment method.
Returns or Exchanges:
- No Returns if the product is completely fine without any damages.
- Returns and Exchanges are only considered if the product received is not the same as what you ordered or have any major damages.
In case of major damages:
- Examples of damages accepted for Refund/Returns/Exhanges: Electric or Battery powered products not working, ripped albums, and deep scratch marks.
- Examples of damages NOT accepted for Refund/Returns/Exchanges: any unsealed products that you have been made aware of, damaged inclusions (like line marks on photocards), and damaged box/package the products are packed with (as long as the product is functioning well and have no damages itself, we will not consider any Refund/Returns/Exchanges).
- If there are any Manufacturing errors regarding printing of logos, image and inclusions, we will not consider any Refund/Returns/Exchanges as we are not responsible. Any of these Manufacturing Errors that we were made aware of will most likely be sold at a lower price and will be stated in the Description Box. Therefore, the buyer should be aware that they are receiving imperfect products.
Delivery and Collection points
Delivery fees:
- There are delivery fees for Home or Office Deliveries that range from QAR 5 to QAR 50.
Collection Points:
- Please check the Checkout page for the available Collection Points.
- Available Collection Points may include: direct pick-up from our location, Mall and Metro Station Meet-up points (there may be fees for Meet-up points).
When can I expect to receive my order?
We recommend that you should seperate On-hand, Pre-order and Order in Advance products if you are expecting to receive the order at different times. We will contact you to double check if you want to receive the order complete with all the products in one delivery/collection or if you prefer it to be delivered/collected seperately (in case of seperate deliveries/collections, you will be charged according to the location/colection points for every delivery/collection made)
On-hand Products:
- Expect a delivery within 7 days of making an order.
- For Collection, expect the order to be ready for collection within 3-5 days.
Pre-order Products:
- Product will be shipped to Qatar after the stated Released Date.
- Expected date of arrival is 2-3 weeks after the Released Date.
- Delays may occur if the manufacturer have not yet delivered the product to our South Korean Warehouse. Unfortunately cases like this may take approximately 1-2 weeks for the product to arrive at our South Korean Warehouse before it is shipped to Qatar.
- Delays in courier shipping may take up to 7 business days.
- In some cases, your product may arrive after 1 month from the released date.
Order in Advance:
- Expected date of arrival is 2-3 weeks after making an order.
- Delays may occur if the manufacturer have not yet delivered the product to our South Korean Warehouse. Unfortunately cases like this may take approximately 1-2 weeks for the product to arrive at our South Korean Warehouse before it is shipped to Qatar.
- Delays in courier shipping may take up to 7 business days.
- In some cases, your product may arrive after 1 month from the day you placed the order.
